Amanda Shy

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Amanda proudly holds down the fort daily at T10 Global Headquarters here in NYC, this Native Texan’s home for the past 13 years.  She has been with the company since March 2006 and lives in Manhattan with her partner in love and life, Matthew.

Amanda has always loved supporting and working among the gay community and in her early NYC years she was one of the singing bartenders for the Duplex piano bar in the West Village.  But she shows her support of the GLBT community in a very different fashion these days.  Instead of keeping the gays glossy eyed and tipsy, she now keeps their office financials and general all around office operations in tip top order, which in turn keeps her team’s mind off the basics and on the continued path as the #1 gay marketing agency for leading consumer brands, products and services.

On the side, Amanda is also a voice over artist and an actor, but her unhealthy need to crunch numbers and organize any and all things organizable keeps her coming back to Target 10 for more.  In that manner T10 serves as a kind of therapy to ease her endearing but uber-nerdy late night urges to solve calculus problems for fun.

Amanda is a firm believer in the goals and soul of Target 10 and is not just the Operations Manager, but the agency’s #1 fan.
